    Chin straps on Fox Flux

After fitting our helmets there is way too much chin strap left. More than you would want to tuck into the rubber o-ring. Thinking of cutting the excess and burning the ends with a lighter. Anyone else run into this?

+1... I did the same thing on my Fox Striker. Should work just fine unless your planing on your head growing!

I just cut and burned ends works fine and way better then having all that extra strap.

I do this daily on customer helmets. Especially older kids that wear adult helmets.
