    Casual wear freerider

    Hey,
I currently own the 5.10 karver and it fits great because my forefoot is so wide(need a widetoebox).
I would like the Freerider, but would it work as a double for casual wear? I wear Nike Free's for everything(and running) and it would be nice if the Freerider could give them a break for casual wear.(going out to the bar, club)
    Thoughts?

    I wear mine on a semi-regular basis.
They look no different than any other skateshoe, so as long as you're keepin' it casual...
The heel seems to be loud like a dress shoe, and I find they tend to mark floors more than other shoes,
but I guess that's the trade-off for the sticky rubber.
I'm also finding they are strangely great on ice - but suck on wet floor.
    Time wounds all heels...

    And on snow.

I wear Freeriders as my day-to-day shoe, and ride in them if I slip out over lunch. They're relatively low-key, and pretty comfortable. I keep mine just loose enough that I can slip into them without bending. I've gotten about 18 months out of them, but they're close to done now.
