    Camelbak H.A.W.G. NV left handed?

not sure where to post this, couldn't see a bag thread so here goes.

iv just got one of these packs, what im after is knowing if anyone managed to swap the front fastener straps around so that you can clip the Reservoir tube on the left side instead of the right? and if so how to get the clips off without breaking anything, thanks.

I couldn't figure out how to pop that clip off, so I just thread the hose through that thin strap that is about halfway up the shoulder strap.

i think if you push them all the way to the top they will come off, not sure how easy they will go on again though, thanks

Do your clips look like this? I figured it out. I used a pair of pliers to flatten the inner wire or whatever is. Then I pried the clip over the flat spot. You have yo go fast because it rounds itself back out. I did this on a section that I'd never have the sternum strap/clip.

Yup. I feels like a hard, hollow, plasticy tube. I didn't squeeze it hard enough to crack them. I also did it in a section that was too high for where I normally place the sternum strap, just is case. It still took some wiggling and prying to get them off. Do one end first then slide in that direction.
