    Bodyteq helmet liner

Has anyone heard of this product or used it? (http://www.bodyteq.com/products/helmetliner.html) . I am thermoregulatory challenged. In the summer I over heat and get ill relatively easily. Does anyone know if this or any other gear does a great job keeping you cool? I have also seen somes sort of thing that goes over your shoulders to keep your core cool. Has anyone used either of these products, or have any other suggestions on keeping cool on the hot summer days?

Never heard of it and I doubt it will work. Of course, I'm always searching for something to manage my sweat "problem" so I will probably try it.

I have no idea if those works or not. Even if they do, according to their information they eventually stop working, and you end up with what looks like 3 thick layers on your head.

Try something like this. It works-

-and without gimmicks. All polyester, so it absorbs sweat, which evaporates from poly faster than skin, so you get a cooling effect. (I believe it takes 600 calories of heat to evaporate 1cc of water, but it's been a while since I was in a science class). It also has 'tails' that hang out in the wind for even more evaporative drying (and cooling).
    To the troll mobile, away...
