Anybody know where to get north wave mtb shoes repaired?

I bought a pair of northwave extreme winter gtx mtb shoes from a vendor at the trailhead swap meet. They were brand new, and I tried them on a couple times there, and a couple when I got home. Today I went to install my cleats and when I put the shoe on, the boa system cord snapped. Shoe is unusable til I can get it fixed. Anybody know where I can take this for repair without sending it to Italy? Link below is pic of the shoe like mine, you can see the cord I am refering too.

I think your best bet is to try to contact Northwave directly. They have a contact email on their site.

I have 2 different Boa system shoes, Specialized, Gaerne. Replacing the Boa's are quite easy, there are quite of few self help video. The Boa have a lifetime warranty. If you need to order replacement parts, click "Redeem Guarantee" to get started. There is NO CHARGE for these parts. Boa Technology - Repair Center
