    Mostly yes.

If my memory serves, the Avalanche uses a Zero Stack (ZS44) headset. The Heckler needs a normal (EC34) or if it's the very latest model a tapered (ZS44/EC49 I think).

The other bit that may need replacing is the front mech.

Other than that all the other parts should fit.

Front derailleur, the bit that shifts gear at the cranks.

It won't be perfect with a 130mm fork, but it will ride fine. You won't find it suddenly hurling you forwards at random intervals.

The front mech is normally clamped onto the seat tube. The clamp's diameter has to match the frame or you can't fit it. However a lot of front mechs come with inserts that let them fit more than one size.

I'm not sure what size the outer seat tube are for either frame, so I can't tell if the front mech you have will fit to the Heckler. It's not a huge deal though, the front mech's a pretty cheap part to replace if needs be.

might need a new seat post as well. What size head tube on the GT and Santa Cruz? Need to make sure those are the same, if not you need to buy the right headset.

Hey I just built a heckler but it was an 2011 or 2012 frame not sure I got it on their website on closeout. They have a bunch more I think too. But if it is a 13 frame they changed to a taper head set. So your fork and headset won't work and the seat post is 30.9 if you have any more questions.
