    Where to buy? olympia-cycle.com?

    Hello all,

I've been shopping for a Trek bike for a while and found a site that had a great price.
    That's Olympia Cycle.
Has anyone ever bought a bike from that site by any chance?
Looks like they are located in Indonesia and their price is about $1000 less.
And yes they deliver their bikes to the United States with no S/H.
Are they real? If so, are their bikes genuine as they claim?

    Thanks,
    kreach

Those prices look way too good to be true. I definitely would not order anything from there until you get confirmation from multiple sources that it is legit. Good luck.

The bottom of their homepage says they accept money by wire transfer, Western Union, and Money Gram. That's a huge red flag. You will have no way of getting your money back should something go wrong.

The (+62) area code on their number is Indonesia. There are many known scams from that country. Just Google 'Indonesia Bike Scams' and see for yourself.

I just went through the checkout process there with all fake info...there isn't even an option for any payment method besides "bank transfer". Below is what it says under "payment method":

    Bank Transfer Instructions
Please transfer the total amount to the following bank account.

Here is the Bank Account Information:

    Account Name : MUHAMMAD RIJKY
    Account Number : 116-10-000073
Bank Name : Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI)
    Swift Code : BNINIDJA
    Bank Branch : JAKARTA PUSAT
Address : Jl. Jenderal Sudirman Kav. 1, Jakarta Pusat, 10220, Indonesia

    I wouldn't send them a dime, OP.

@mizzaboom, kubikeman Thanks much for your warnings! Seems that it's big in that country.

You cant purchase a big-brand bike new online from anywhere. All the big companies block those sales. ALL those sites are scams!
