Wheelset: Bonti Rhythm or Easton Havocs?

I need to replace my RhynoLite XL w/XT hubs with something a little lighter. I am shooting for about 1900g. Hopefully I won't be sacrificing any strength. Also hoping to stay around $400. Does anyone have experience with these two options? Are they as strong as RhynoXLs? One better than the other? Other options in this category? I am leaning towards the Rhythm Comps at the moment.

Would you go four feet to flat concrete on the Havocs? They would be going on a Blitz so I have decent travel and I weigh just under 200lbs.
