    What are these terms

    Sorry, I'm a noob with terms. I usually just say "that thingy". What is PopLoc and Uturn on a suspension fork.

    poplock is your remote lockout (makes the fork very stiff, only response to large bumps, used for climbing or road riding) uturn is your travel adjust, raise or lower your fork again only used to climbing or road riding (by lowering).

    More specifically they are proprietary terms for RockShox forks, PopLoc is a compression damping adjustment, U-turn is a travel adjustment.

    the thingie adjusts travel on your whatchamacallit, and the doodad controls the gizmo's compression
