    Scott Scale 40 upgrades

Any minor or major upgrades to the scale? New to mountain riding and feel like i'm going to go over the handle bars on the downhill. 6 foot 90kg's. Climbs like a beast but 'so so' downwards. Thanking you.

Unless you want to sacrifice you're climbing ability then not much. Lower your seat and don the correct position
If you don't mind losing a bit of the ability to climb: Higher rise, wider bars.
    Shorter stem.
    Better/ longer travel forks.
It's never going to be a beast downhill, you could always just buy a full sus

Yea, i'd go for some nice wide ass bars aswell (especially if you're getting a shorter stem) it improves your control downhill. If you get a riser and a short stem you might find your climbing ability is significantly worsened however. I have a riser, and if it gets really steep my front end tends to lift of the ground
