    rocky mountain flow help

    hey guys i bought a 05 Flow over the summer and used it a few times.last time out it seemed like the rear cassette broke and would just spin freely in both directions so i ordered a new one and while i was at it i ordered a new bb as well.i gave the bike to a friend to fix and he said its not the cassette but the freewheel thats broke.he also said the bb is too small.does antone know what size bb i need and and what i need for the rear?

    If this friend can identify that the BB is too small, why can't he help you get the right one? What is too small about it? The shell, the spindle?

    What you need for the rear depends on what hub it is. You need a freehub body, depending on the hub that might be easy or impossible.

    ok found the old bb it says power pro 9400 L 73 R BC 1.37"X24T.so i kind of know what i need now.

    Go to a bike shop, they'll sort you out fast with the right stuff.
