Has anyone done this conversion? I just got my parts and installed it all but I have to loosen off the cassette side bolt about 1/4 turn other wise the bearings get crushed when I install the axle. I haven't been able to find an install manual for this procedure so I don't know if this is normal. I think it is not. My other 142x12 wheel I have is not like this, bolts are tight and wheel spins easily with the axle tightened up.
