    Need help identifying bike thanks

Need help identifying bike thanks-p1010005.jpgNeed help identifying bike thanks-p1010028.jpgNeed help identifying bike thanks-p1010027.jpgI got this bike for $50 at a thrift store thinking it was a cannondale because of the bars. The bottom bracket only has 5 digit sn# which are all numbers. It is very light weight so I'm guessing aluminum frame. Also if all original it would be a 1997 or 1998 bike because that is what year the rock shox indy SL was manufactured I guess it could be newer. It has unique top cable stops which are not welded on. I have looked at many different pictures of bikes on Google and could not find anything that matches so I'm wondering if it might be a custom frame. Thanks for everyone's help in advance. Components
Handle bars Cannondale competition Taper Lite Easton E9
    shifters sram 900 esp
    Crank set shimano Deore LX
    Front Derailer sach 5
Rear Derailer Sram carbon composite 7
    Front rim Xrim 2000

You could try posting this in the Vintage, Retro, Custom (VRC) forum and you might get a hit on it. Or, you might get flamed. You can never tell with that forum

    Thanks for your responses.
Looking at more bike/frame pictures I thought it might be a rock lobster frame the welds look very similar on some of their frames. Serial number starts with 0 (08850)

Touch the frame with a magnet. If it sticks you definitely don't have a cannondale!

Magnet doesn't stick so it is defiantly a aluminum frame. Rules out rock lobster because all frames that start with 0 are suppose to be steel.

If it IS a cannondale, the seatstays would indicate a mid-late 1990's era bike. However, the serial # isn't consistent with how cannondale numbered their bikes during that, or any area. It's possible that # could be the sequence # used in that era though.

The wishbone seatstays remind me of Mongoose Iboc. That would be my best guess. Some model year iboc's all had top tube cable routing as well.

    that mongoose is steel.

The riveted guides should be tell tail. Im having a hard time placing it. such a miss match of parts makes tuff to date it.

The welds tell me its not a cannondale
    Whats this line for?

As far riveted guides go so far the only pics I could are of Ventana bikes and supposedly they have a 5 digit serial number but have not found a picture of the exact frame that I have.
