Need Help with 03' Specialized Epic Disc upgrades!

I am in desperate need of your help!! I want to make upgrades to my 03' Epic Disc and have no idea where to start. I want to improve performance and decrease weight. Here is what I have now: Float 80RL forks, Float R w/brain, Specialized 6066 XC riser bars, 5g stem, Specialized Strongarm cranks, Mavic 223 6106 wheels, Deore Disc and levers/shifters. I didn't ride the bike much for the first few years, but have been riding 4+ days/wk for the last year. Can you recommend upgrades to these components please? I would certainly like to start with cranks. I ride XC, love hard uphills and fast downhills. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and ride all around Northern California. Please lend me your sage advice.

I would go for wheels first... I recently bought a set of Hope Pro 2 with DT 4.2 rims and they are light and string..sweet wheels....

after wheels I would go for maybe a 100mm fork for extra cush...
