    Minion DHF advice needed

I demoed an Ibis Mojo 3 last weekend with Minion DHF 2.6s (ibis 738 rim iw=34mm) and really liked them. Alot.

Now I'm looking at a new wheelset with Nox Kitsuma rims (iw=36). Would it make more sense to run their 2.5WT tire instead of the 2.6 on this rim? Would one tire be happier than the other at lower pressures for when it's slippery outside?

According to Maxxis Rep, the 2.6 gives a 5% more air volume over the 2.5WT. I have DHF 2.6 up front on my Bronson V2 and 2.5WT on back. The 2.6 on Ibis 742 (i35) has a rounder profile while the 2.5WT on 742 is not as round. I like the 2.6" more, that's just my test of the looks of the tire, plus is about 10-20 grams lighter than the 2.5WT. Maybe, I try a 2.6" on the rear and see if there is clearance issue. It seems like there are still plenty of clearance on the chain stay and seat stays but looks like diameter wise it may not. I would think the 2.6" will still gives a good round profile on the Kitsuma, its only 1mm wider.
