    Mavic Notch helmet, anybody tried it?

    Looks good, anybody using it? how does fit compare to Giro or Bell?

    Bump since I've been wondering the same thing. Was hoping Competitive Cyclist would stock the black or white version in Large but they don't have any coming in soon.

    air stabalizer. when your shreding the gnar at breakneck speeds it will keep you upright and straight.

    Picked one up today at my LBS. I also got a POC Trabec in from Jenson last week and it just seemed huge on my head, even though the fit was great.

    I definitely prefer the Notch to the Trabec. I don't get the "rudder" either but I'll take the smaller size any day. Protection seems good; the Trabec probably has better overall protection but the Notch fits my head more securely.

    Definitely a winner for me. The Trabec will be going back tomorrow.
