    Marzocchi 44 Micro Ti Fork

I was looking at getting the Marzocchi 44 Micro Ti Fork for my wife. She ride a little of everything from dirt roads to Northstar. She current rides a Specialized Endro 2004.

I read some reviews on it and some were poor. However I came across a couple that said they sent the fork back and Marzocchi fix it and now it works good.

Anyone know about this fork? Have the problems been fixed? Buy it send it to the factory then install it?

I can get the fork for $245 new.

they have a mod you can do that is not very hard, i think you can find that thread in either the 29er forum or the niner bike forum look for marz fork mod. i have this fork and it does show some stiction but once on the trail i dont notice it, i plan to send it back at the end of the season. i dont think its a bad fork, i think some of the reviews are harsh, and exaggerated. the mod you can do yourself, or send it back to marz and they will do it for you for free, the 2011 have this fixed already. for under 300.00 new buy it!
