I have 120psi for over a year now in my 145mm Nixon...no issues. What's your manual say?

If the manual says max pressure 300psi, why are you worried about going over 80psi?

Increase the pressure by say 10psi at a time, check sag, see how it rides. If you are within the allowed range, use what works.
