I had good luck searching eBay for white bars a few months ago. Ended up with a set of FUNN's. Not sure of weight, wasn't really in my criteria. My criteria was cheap.

Not to hoc my stuff at you but if you're running a 1.5" steertube I have a white Truvativ aka stem, 70mm. It looks almost new and I'd sell it cheap. It is only about 140g.

I had a white bike and put a white bar and stem (Ritcheys) on there and ended up back to black. I think the black gives it a nice contrast to the bike. Thats just my opinion though. I ended up just putting white stem spacers on there which looked great.

I'll add on that I have a white truvativ hussefelt bar in OK shape, would sell very cheap, but it is only 665-670ish.
You better just go ahead and drop that seatpost down to the reflector... the trail gets pretty rough down there.

You might look at the Deity Dirty30s or Topsoil bar. I'm running white D30's on my bike and love them. I'm also a Clyde and have no worries regarding their strength.

I've got a Bontrager Earl stem in white that needs to go. 70mm x 1 1/8" x 31.8, rise? Cheap.

Answer does rather nice white stems/bars, they are very popular in my neck of the woods and are currently discounted right now on a certain globally well known online shop
However, I've seen the total white look and don't think it works. Contrast is good, hence the graphics on your frame.
