Vitalyte...can be tough to find but REI has it. Good, mild taste and doesn't muck up your hydration bladder...

    ...great for hangovers too...

We have Been using the hydration mix from skratch labs for both road and trail riding. So far we have only had the raspberry flavor but find it to taste good and it's not overly sweet. Doesn't even taste bad once it gets warm... The best part it keeps me hydrated as I used to have a tendency to get headaches post ride but since using skratch this has not been the case.

also had good luck with clif energy gels and they also contain electrolytes

Seconded. I just started using Scratch Labs myself after using almost everything else. It's great. Works very well and has a much more pleasant, non-chemically taste. Great stuff.

    Loking for Electrolytes

My buddy makes his own mix for rides. Sea sale, light salt (has potassium) good sugar and unsweetened kool aid mix...

I used Accelerade. It contained electrolytes and protein, so better for post rides, but I found I rarely ever cramped, which I have a problem with, and I recovered much quicker. Tasted terrible though, could never drink it during a ride. I'm out and also looking for something a little more tasty.

That's awesome. Must be the new turkey out that's packed with potassium and magnesium!

I used to use NUUN. I found out it contains sorbitol as a sweetener. I learned eventually that my body doesn’t get along with sorbitol. If you know anything about it than you know it is also used as a laxative. This helps explain the awesome GAS after the ride (not the good gas). I then used emergen-C for a while. Now I just love the way plain ‘ol ice water taste and just pop some e-caps during the ride along with a chocolate peanut butter, banana and honey sandwich and some gel depending on the length of the ride.

I came here to say this if no one hadn't yet, so bravo to you sir. "You want to put toilet water on the plants?"

I've had good results with Elete, almost no taste and good in a hydration bladder.

I do this, but just the sea salt & lo-salt. Tastes like sweat!

    Loking for Electrolytes

I've been using the Hammer Fizz tabs for a while. Love em. I've tried several others and keep going back to them. They work well for me.

Pure coconut water is all the rage in the Hawaiian endurance athletic circles since being deemed high in electrolytes. A few years ago they couldn't give the stuff away in Thailand...now their killin' it.

Cliff Shot Blocks. Chew a couple before I set off and a couple more every hour-ish during the ride. Just pure water in the Camelback (I hate trying to wash flavors out).
    The cake is a lie.
