Here is my "all mountain" ride. No action shots, I can't seem to master the timer aspect of photography.

    AM...gnarly trail riding?

I don't know, but I know it sounds more like what I do than DH/FR...not that there's anything wrong with that. The only problem with this forum will be SSINGA eating up a bunch of bandwidth with Turner pics...LOL! I wouldn't stoop to such self-gratification with my Nomad.

    Geez, Renegade!

I only though we'd have to worry about SSINGA eating up bandwidth with useless Turner pics. I guess I'd better round up the SC crew for some photo e-wars. This forum might turn out to be fun.

Just bolstering up the SC riders...

Couldn't leave TNC all on his own...

(And a quick edit to swap to a riding photo.)

TNC, don't think of my bike as a true turner.
Mines much prettier than a stock one.
Jdub, you mean these ugly old rockers?

Well now is about the time of year that I start riding in Renegade's backyard...I've done a bunch of group rides on my new bike (including last night) but we never stop for any pics.

Well, it's not all mountain, but there is "some" mountain in it. Plus, if you look close, you can see my old K2 Disco Monkey in there, which was my first AM bike (and a great excuse for being last up a hill, which I always am anyway).

    Ladder drops = All-mountain?

I don't know, I think ladder drops cross over into "freeride" territory. ; )

Maybe I'm just jealous b/c I don't have the nads (or the gear ) to do drops like that.

    Anyway, nice pic.

It's tiny... It's hardly a drop... In Pinkbike measurement, to the landing is like 7 feet. And XC lid with open finger gloves.

My photographer (brother in law) is too scared to get remotely close to any of the big drops. Something about a fear of heights.

This is Grant. The drop is about 18 feet overall. He landed it just below the bottom of the pic. Dude is Damn good! The second line is just insane, but he made it. It looks flat in the pic, but it was too steep for me to walk up. Maybe 60 or 65 degrees. I've skied steeper, but not much. Guys a nut. In a good way. I gotta ride with those guys more.

The hardtail varietel. Nothing super big, but still fun. Pic credit goes to a few poeple: not sure who did what though, and one timer shot I think.

I run a 2004 Manitou Sherman Firefly. I had a 2004 Manitou Minute 1 on it and it felt noodly to me in the 130mm mode...so switched. Feels great and is much stiffer.
