HELP!!! Jamis Komodo 3.0 vs Rocky Mountain Flow DJ

Looking for a new frame as an upgrade from my current Iron Horse Quantum II which I am really starting to hate. Looking at the Komodo and the Flow DJ, and open to suggestions.

I voted other because neither of those are fantastic frames.

However, if you want help, you need to answer a few questions, and tell us more information.

    1) What do you hate about your quantum II?

    2) What do you want your new bike to do best? Second best?

    3) How much money do you have to spend on this?

    4) Any features in a frame that you are looking for?

    5) Height? Weight?

There are plenty of awesome frames out their right now, and plenty of nice people on this website to help you out, but we need to know more.

the quantum II is just a massive bike for me (19.5) and needs to be retired. I'd prefer something between 14-17 for the next one. for the next bike I'd like it to be a bit stronger... but still not increadibly heavy, and I'd like to spend under 400 and buy new. thanks

xc and dj conflict. in almost every category. 27 speeds vs 1 speed. High seat vs low seat. Long stem low rise v short stem high rise.

I would pick which one you want your bike to do, not compromise and get one that would be okay at both
