Good fork for $100 or less?

Pretty much just what the title says, my forks are crap and I was just wondering what a decent brand is that has a fork for under $100. Also I want to check Craigslist but I don't know what brands to look for so any advice will be appreciated. Thanks!

Here's a nice selection, all well under $100.00.

Keep your eye on CL too. Some good deals to be found there sometimes. There are also recurring searches that you can set up through a service like list-alert.com, where you enter your keywords and the service sends you email alerts when your chosen keywords come up. Works for fleabay too.

the reason your current fork is crap is because it is under $100.

Use it to buy 100 lotto tickets and increase your budget for a suspension fork. $100 dollars will get you a fork that probably requires maintenance, and will total to be a lot more than 100, and still be a crappy fork.

You could try and find an older domain. Heavy, but good fork, I haven't seen one for $100, but I have for $200.

Your best cheap fork is probably going to be a Domain R, pike, or a tora. You should be able to find a tora for around 100. Probably will need a service though, so hopefully you are good with doing that yourself. Otherwise, no. Finding something ready to rock is going to be real slim. Don't cheap out.

    A Sektor R for $93? Where?

That is so cheap it sounds suspicious.

On eBay from cross lake sales. I don't really understand why it's so cheap cause they go for $300. It says brand new in oem box

It was that cheap cause its an auction. I'm pretty sure they actually have several, there's another one with 22h left

I bought a marzocchi 55 coil for $150. One of the best forks I've ever ridden but it weighed as much as the rest of my bike.

must've been from '08/'09. certainly worth about $150. just needs maintenance 4-5 times a year
