    fuel ex 7 new fork

I have a 2005 fuel ex7 that i've been upgrading during this years (almost all xt and mavic 819 rims). As my speed going down hill have increased a lot ( up's getting worse) i need to know if it's reasonable to change the fork (reba sl 100mm) to a longer travel one and how much admits the frame . Can you do the same with the rear shock? i guess no but prefer to ask.

Sounds like it's time for a new bike, something in the 5in travel range.
