Frame Shopping, 6'6" 280 Lbs help!!!!

Hey guys, this is my first post here, i am on a few other forums for my other hobbies, and just realized im not on one for mountain biking so I figured I better get in the game.

I very recently started casually racing locally, after pure recreational riding for years.

I have an Older Specialized FSR that i aquired for free from my step dad, and im not sure if its an upgrade from my old trek hardtail or not, becasue it is much heavier and a little smaller.

But anyway, as in the title, im a huge dude, 6'6" 280 Lbs, im not really fat, im just a big SOB, and the FSR is a 19 inch frame, and it works, but i can tell its too small, and I look slightly goofy riding it around, so im shopping around for a frame to start a new bike build.

I do all mountain, including some fairly harsh downhill, so i want it tough but weight is important too. I would prefer full suspension but I could have a hardtail if i had too.

I am on a very tight budget, so something used or older would be my best bet perhaps. I heve been looking on ebay, but there are slim pickins on big frames, so do you guys have any suggestions for frames for big people, on a budget?

    thanks,
    brandon
