which fork should I mount on MKIII?

Sorry for the cross post, wasn't getting anything from the iron horse forum. Just got a new MKIII frame It came with a new Rock Shox 302 coil shock with U-Turn/lockout and I have a 2004 Marzocchi FR eta coil shock. Both are 130. Which should I mount. I am mostly a xc rider that likes 3+ hour rides and wanted something more comfy that can still make it up the climbs at the end of the day. Terrain is Georgia my weight is 175. For a future upgrade what air 130-140 shock with regular QR would you recomend that is affordable and somewhat light? Would a 44ata be a good match?

Also I am debating if I bought the wrong size. I am 6' 1" with a 35 in inseam and I bought the xl. If I started to venture more into the all mountain side, do you think a 60-70 mm stem would get me back enough or should I have gone with the large.

If you don't like my opinion, find someone's you do like...or even better create your own.
