Whats with the Knolly in background?

    Looks like a red Chili?

very nice. Sold my Chili to get the Evil and there are times that I definitely miss that bike.

Any reason you didn't attach the mud guard directly to the frame. Maybe some heavy duty tape on the seat tube?

i thought of just putting a tape on the seat tube but i thought this would be better.

    Another option:
    2x zip ties
    1x ~350x50mm pre cut tube

Obs: Make a small hole on one side of the cut tube and bolt the cable guide over the tube, pressing it to the frame.

Advantages: the shock remains accessible for sag measuring and cleaning - just fold the rubber tube
