    Easton EA70 Monkeybar - Vice?

Anyone the different between the EA70 Monkeybar and the EA70 Vice Monkeybar, besides 21 grams and $20?

I believe the Vice bar can only be used with the vice stem. It has a much wider clamping area (over 2"). The standard bar has been great for me.

Thanks. That's too bad, because it's so much cheaper. Oh, well...

Has anyone used the Vice handle bar with a non vice stem and had a fatal breakdown? I am wondering if the vice bar can be used with any stem or if easton just says not to.

    Thanks

No, but I've been running Vice Stem with EA70 Monkeybar /non OS with great success for over 1 year.

Back to your question... its says it all here
So you need Ad_Vice stem, not Vice (which is a DH model).

    Best of Luck !
