After putting the last touches on my pure xc build I realised I'd probably wreck it if I took it to some of the mountains around here.
Thus I started looking around for a beefier alloy fs frame and found what I was looking for in the below Devinci Remix. It's still an trail frame, but it has some sturdy heft to it and with the option to go with 120mm or 140mm suspension it should do fine around here, or atleast alot better than my lightweight 100mm carbon frame.
So here's where you guys come in, which parts should I go with that are cheap and sturdy enough to hold up to trail, light am and super wimpy dh use?
I looked into forks, and being a lefty user the pure magnitude of different models boggled my mind. I have no idea what to choose or even look at.
I will keep my xc-bike for xc so nothing about my Remix has to be lightweight, sturdy and cheap comes first.
I have a potential donor bike in my cannondale f6, full xt drivetrain, raceface next cranks and some other small bits.
