carbon wrapped handlebars vs carbon handlebars? any opinions or experience

was think of getting some carbon bars so I could join the carbon club. I am actually curious about carbons muting resonance factor. strength is also and issue or atleast durability. seen a few horror stories. anyway..... I see some companies claim carbon wrapped. would this be stronger than straight carbon? it definitely doesn't have the pure weight savings that straight carbon has. but I wonder is the point of carbon wrapped is for resonance and stiffness. any opinions here. im looking for bars between 720 and 740. any opinions or input is appreciated.

Carbon bars are light, strong and stiff.
