Bike fit flats vs clip less question

I'm going from candy's and clipped in to Teva Links and 50/50 3's right now and HT ME01T's when they arrive.

My mid BB to seat Retule measurements was 70.3cm clipped in. What will the difference be with the flats?

    Thanks!

I switch between my flats and clipless a lot and for me I have to lower my seat post about 1/2in for the flats. But, yours will probably be different based on the difference between the bottom of your foot and center line of the pedal shaft from your clipless set up to your flat setup.
    I'm 6'2" with 34in inseam
    Flats are e13 LG1 with 5.10s
Clipless are Time XC6 with Shimano m088

Sit on the bike, and put your heel on the pedal all the way down. Raise your seat until your leg is no longer bent. Then, when you move your foot to the appropriate spot for flats (right behind the ball of the foot) you should have perfect leg extension and saddle height.
