    Bell Bellistic vs Drop

If this is the wrong place to post, please say so and I'll try again in the right place.

I've tried to figure this out, but all I can see is one is heavier and more expensive than the other, plus may have a higher safety rating.

I haven't found a Drop to try out yet, but the Bellistic in Large fits me perfectly, and I _assume_ they'll fit the same. I have more XC background, but am getting a little more into freeride, no plans for full-on downhill though. Good ventilation (cooling) is important.

Is one a more comfortable fit? Better padding? Better ventilation? Multi-impact tolerant? Better bling? Why would you choose one over the other?

I have a Drop... not very well vented, really only use it on shuttle days and cold/rainy weather, and then only coming down. the best AM use FF helmet I've tried is a Deviant
