Avid disc brakes on Trek 4300

I have a 2004 trek 4300 without disc brakes. I wanna put discs on it. I am going for the Avid BB7 with 160mm rotor, but don't really know which mounting brackets do I need for my frame, can anyone help me pls?

This really doesn't belong in the "All Mountain" section. "All Mountain" is a style of riding. It's doesn't mean "all mountain bike questions go in here." You'll get quicker and more detailed answers in the "Brake Time" forum or the "Trek" forum.

Having said that, the adapter that comes with the brake caliper is all you should need. I assume you've swapped the stock wheels for disc-compatible wheels. Aside from that, you might need to do some creative work with the cable routing. But since you're going with a mechanical set, it won't be a problem unless you want to run full-housing.
