I think thats average top speed. If my overall average was 37 i would have to be going at least 100 downhill to make up for my slow ass going up.

    Bar width? 26.8" Holy god.

I cant dip below 30 inches anymore. It just feels unnatural.

Now if we could come up with an overall All Mountain rating based on all these numbers so one would truly be able to understand one's place in the All Mountain scheme of things....sort of like the quarterback rating thing.

You should add a category for sex too. I'd say it's either none or male.

Are you going to report the standard deviations in the addendum?

Avg. top speed of nearly 40 mph... I hope that was downhill with a tailwind on the road because tI don't think a MTB triple ring can even pedal that fast unless your spinning like sonic the hedgehog. Methinks some are exaggerating a little.

Yeah, I read the thread where he likely got most of these top speeds, and I was suspecting a lot of BS.

idk my top speed is 45 on a mountainbike, yes top ring, yes downhill, no not pedaling like im gonna slip off the pedals, actuallyi had a headwind while doing it

this said, i believe 37 is possible on dirt trails, nothing to serious tho
I cant spell deal with it!
