Which ever one you feel more comfortable on. I have a stumpy and love it. But there is someone out there who has a reign who feels the same way. It boils down to comfort.

I don't think you will get a better answer than that.

The big question is the Reign a 26er and the Stump Jumper a 26 or a 29? I was considering both of these exact bikes. The Reign was a 26 2013 for a great price but I ended up going with the Stump because after riding the 29 version, I found it much more to my liking. It doesnt seem to have much of the down sides you hear about a 29ers. I'm not sure if the 2014 Reigns come in 26 or if they are 27.5 now like the rest of Giants lineup. Seperate from the bikes cons/pros, first consider whether wheel size is a deciding factor. I can tell you the Stump 29er is a boss on the downhill!
