Thanks for the heads up this evening.

I was riding Bowling Alley at Kincaid this evening at sundown and a nice couple waited for me to warn me about the moose cow and calf sleeping on a blind corner. I really apreaciated the warning.

    A gracious act indeed!

Closer than comfort encounters are still frequent and a safety hazard for all trail users.

I don't think the moose got the ADF&G memo that they are supposed to be less irate and aggressive after calving season.....oh wait....now it is mating season....

When do they hibernate and go away? Oh wait.....dam.....

...Stupid moose didn't know the tide was out and that she was supposed to be going clockwise...
If Huffy made an airplane, would you fly in it?

Went on Saturday and the conditions were great!
There is about an inch of snow.
Its eerily quiet with most of the bikers done for the year, and the skiers biding there time until we get decent snow coverage.

Nice to see snow on the trail, my fatback was covered in dust. It was pretty dark without snow on the ground. I can't wait to get back out there.
