    Cool.

    That looks really cool.

I shouldn't be drinking on a work night though.

Sure, work night drinking. Sounds fun.

Got my tickets, looking to ride my bike there with a few buddies and take advantage of the valet service.

    Thanks!

There will also be a silent auction for some tasty bits donated by local shops.

They should have done it on saturday night, when it will be blowing 100mph.

It was a fun event, I'm pretty sure I won the Tour Devide video raffle, but they couldn't hear me from up stairs, by the time I made it down stairs the house lights were off, and no one showed up front after the movie. Other than that bit I thoroughly enjoyed the event.

I totally heard you screaming, but Ray was overwhelmed. You can watch the tour devide on netflicks if you have that. Better to watch fixation, better film. I loved all the scotch fueled trail side philosophy in reveal the path. Just ride the bike already. I'd like to know what sta is pondering. Some swiss-like alpine single track in the chugach would be epic. would take 40 years to get implemented in the parks plan, though. Looking forward to whatever it is.

That would be epic, crossing my fingers it's Eagle River area. It takes so long to get out to Kincaid from out here.

Eagle river is prime for some DH shuttle trails.

Some how I can't see STA dropping serious cheddar on building shuttle type downhill runs. That being said I would like to see some much more technical and steeper trails that are not at Alyeska. I think Hilltop ski area would be a great place in town to cultivate the grom crowd with a set of lift accessible DH trails. That would greatly compliment the rest of the trails on the hillside.

Arctic Valley seems like it would have great potential for DH. Truck run or lift. Old military parking lot to the Biathlon range. There has to be some killer terrain in there. Arctic Valley is always looking for ways to jump start interest in their area.

Yeah, I've been thinking about Arctic Valley too. I wonder if the land status up there would prevent bike trails from being built.

Not a big deal, I'm not worried about it at all. I was a little bummed that evening, but I had a lot of fun at the event. I was happy to see that it was sold out, hope there were lots of proceeded for the STA. I drug the wife along and she even had a good time. I'm building a fatbike and am pretty excited to here there will be a winter event at beartooth too.
