    Iditasport 2014

The Iditasport is back for 2014!

200 mile and 100 kilometer options.
    see: Home for details.

Really excited to see this epic race return to the winter scene. Great to see the 200 mile distance option, as it is somewhat of a change from current events.

    I'm shooting for an Ulu!!

Got some base training in this weekend. Here's Lisa on her first fully loaded trip on the southern Rez. Light dusting of snow today in the hills!Iditasport 2014-img_0603-1024x768-.jpg

Nice pics Bugs! Yep- the fatties are a rolling, and the chill is in the air. It's pretty cool to sort of slow down and ride a loaded fatbike. It really is a different experience. Plus it is so wet and muddy in the fall the past few years I pretty much jump on the fatty in September, and jump off in June.

Campout- Friday 10/4 after dinner meetup and bivy in the foothills. Maybe Powerline Pass approach area? Just to kind of shake out the gear- super easy and mellow. Gonna be pretty dark and cool though so be prepared.

Sounds Great, Frank. Count me in. I did any easy 20 miler today. After a summer on Skinny wheels, the fat ones sure do feel different.
