    Fairbanks riding, photo link

This list sure has been quiet. Anybody out there riding. Trails around Fairbanks are in way better shape than they could be considering how little snow we have. The snow that's be falling has been light frost snow which usually doesn't set up as well but the couple of inches we got a few days ago has set up great. There's an outfit that takes tourists out for dogteam rides on Love Rd. trails and they've been putting in new trails. They also run a drag down the loops they use which puts in good trail for biking. Mainly though they just get out and use the trails every day. Being so close to town there are lots of snowmachiners that use these trails and some dogteams train out there.

The new bike continues to impress. Got WTB Timberwolves 2.7's front-rear and after customizing them they work well on snow. Still enjoying the light feel of the bike and still surprised at how comfortable it is after using f/s for so long. I've only been in the saddle for 2-3 hours though, a day long ride might be different. With the days getting longer some out of town trips are in order.

Been riding the Love Rd. trails almost every other day, below is a link the my yahoo photo album with a few shots taken the last week or so. Some non-biking content too.
