Whats Pedals are all you Airborne Riders using

Just to keep the time moving along until the xo build! LOL What pedals is everyone going with. Ive noticed lately that flats are becoming more common. Ive always used shimano xt pedals and bought a new set with platforms for the XO. Thanks

VP-69s. Not outrageously expensive and they get the job done.

Cheap pair of wellgo platforms. I plan on upgrading to MG-1's or DMR V12's eventually though.

Spank Spike. Best pedal ever. Light, thin, grippy.

Sometimes Crank Bros. Candy if I'm in the mood to clip in but usually it's the Spanks. Color grey on the Goblin and red on the Jamis.

We'll go MG-1 for me but I'm thinking about trying Shimano XT SPDs.

    Got these bad boys:
Sunlite MX Alloy Chromo Axle 9/16" Black Pedals from ModernBike.com

They only weigh about three pounds a piece, and the bearings are so awesome if you spin them by hand, they almost make it one revolution before stopping!

**Edit. After taking the bike for it's maiden voyage, I found these pedals came with a built in safety feature...they don't grip for %$&#. You won't find your feet glued to your pedals so you can very easily get your foot to the ground! Man these things suck.**

.....that's what I get for buying a cheap part with no reviews, lol. I'll buy a decent pair and throw these in the garage as spares.

I won't get to try them on the trail until tomorrow but these SPDs feel really nice on the street.
