Tubeless Conversion on Seeker Stock Wheelset

Can anyone please direct me to the discussion directly related to Seeker and going tubeless with stock wheelset? Interested in knowing what size and brand people have success with. Thanks!

There have been at least a couple. Remember, the Seeker has the same wheelset as the Guardian

Not the same wheelset but recently went tubeless on my Green Goblin with a Maxxis Ardent using gorilla tape. I put the write up in my blog including a couple of links to some how to vids.

Let me know how you get on, happy to help with any questions if I can.

Question - since you purchased Stans Valves, did you tape those in as well? I see people taping the cut valves, but not the Stans. Your opinion?

I actually got WTB valves but they are pretty much the same as the stans but a few $s cheaper I think.

I didn't tape them in just poked a small hole in the gorilla tape and pushed them through they come with a solid rubber piece on the base that when tightened down forms a nice seal against the rim.

Thank you sir! I am all set to do my wheels, but the wife won't let me have the tires until Xmas morning... Hurry up and wait!

Ha I know the feeling, snapped up some of those bars from the Clymb you mentioned, along with a few other bits here and there. Feel like a big kid this Christmas, at least its only a couple of weeks to wait.

Agreed, but it does not make it any easier! Especially when I have a floor pump, gloves (DND's, I read your review, glad I got them!), CB split skewers, and the tires all sitting right there in my reach...

    Great blog Matt!
