So that's the end of 26" wheeled bikes for Airborne?

I was talking with a client yesterday about bikes and, because of the price range he was looking for, I wanted him to see the Skyhawk. When we went to the website the only listing was the 29" XC bikes.

I think he's going to end up with a Guardian instead

It's the end of 26" wheeled XC bikes for us for now. Those lower priced 26" XC bikes were not profitable for us, and to make them profitable we would have to raise the price and/or take the component level down..............thus making them less desirable and not fulfilling our criteria of offering more bike for the $$ than the larger bike companies. To make something that we can make $$$ on, it would have to be at the Guardian pricepoint. That just doesn't make sense to us from a product line-up standpoint with the greater popularity of 29ers. Hope that makes sense.

We'll still have plenty of 26" bikes in the line-up as our DH frame comes out soon, the Toxin as well, and then sometime in the future a 6" travel AM bike.
