New Skyhawk popping in BB area

I got my Skyhawk yesterday and got it all put together and tuned last night. Went out for a test ride this morning and everything worked great but there is a pop coming from the BB area everytime I pedal hard or push down hard on the pedals. I can both feel it and hear it. Any ideas? This happens in any gear on the chain ring.

Could it be your pedals? I had this problem with my cheaper pedals where the bearings would pop. If it is in fact the BB maybe it needs to be greased.

Good call... It was the pedals.
