New question here. New Goblin owners - anyone had to adjust their brakes? update/fixed

I got a new Goblin -only gripe is both brakes are kind of mushy, rear worse than the front. I didn't touch/adjust either of them out of the box. Did anyone else have a similar issue? I also sent an email to Airborne.

Coming from a 26 - the ride quality is definitely an upgrade!

It's hard to tell if you have a problem or not, as one man's mushy could be another man's just right. Normally the brakes should not need to be bled right out of the box, but it is possible that yours may need work.

Many people are out of the office today for the DH race in TN this weekend, so your email may not get addressed until Monday. Sorry for the trouble~

    Thanks!

Other than the alignment of the disk brakes, both of my levers were perfect out of the box.

Took the rear wheel off and readjusted the brake - everything's is a-ok now. Been too busy riding :-)

I love the 29er over my 26 which is gathering dust. Now I wish I had bought the X0.
