I think im a paycheck away from my Hobgoblin XO!!! Need to figure out what size to get though. The website says I need a large as I am 6ft and a half inch! But when I talked to the peeps at airborne they thought a medium was my size? I have a 32inch inseam. Any input!

I would trust the folks at Airborne. According to the site you are likely a 19 inch frame if that is what you mean by large.

Again i would listen to Jeremy and Eric.

We've actually sold quite a few of them this past month, so pics should be popping up from customers here and there.

Mitch, did you give Eric all of your measurements? Might be worth one last call or email to verify. Sometimes fit isn't determined by inseam alone, reach has a lot to do with it. The sizing we have listed on our website is a generic best-guess based on averages. It's a good guide but isn't 100%.

    Thanks!

LOL, sorry you won't be the first! If I recall correctly someone on here already posted photos of theirs in another thread recently. It may be in the "Goblin XO" thread.

Also, I know its hard to believe but...........not all of our customers hang out here on mtbr. I think a lot do but I think other folks are facebook only, some are pinkbike, some are Vital, and some barely have an online footprint and have purchsed their bike solely based on seeing our ads or word of mouth.

I'm working on changing our "order received" email that goes out to have some additional info on it about coming to visit this forum on mtbr, our facebook page, etc. I'm also working on a feedback questionaire email that will go out after folks receive their bike and have had it for awhile, where we follow up on their purchase experience and ask about how they heard about us, etc.

I wish I had some personal X0 photos to show you! My black prototype is sort-of a Goblin XO as it has the same wheelset, bars/stem, and X0 kit the bike has. But there are a lot of differences on it too from stock.........I want to buy a HG X0 for myself but I'm getting ready to leave on a vacation soon, and the missus has decreed that bike purchases shall be on hold until after we get back, LOL.

OK OK. Just got off the Goblin. 4 hour ride.

Here are pics. Review to follow in different thread. I included a shot of the Goblin's stable mate as well as the protectors of the wheels.

Nice bike. I use Danny's tongue to clean the bike. He is the bullmastiff in last pic.

This bike stays planted over rough stuff (Midwest rough stuff, mind you) and really carves corners. I like the way this bike corners better than my Goblin. It also climbs really well. I didn't notice much difference in weight between this and my Goblin (which is fairly light) but I'll still be riding both bikes. The Goblin climbs really well and it's nice to have both a hard tail and a FS to ride.

Probably my favorite looking bike in their line. Very nice.
