Airborne at Fort William World Cup DH this weekend~!

We are so STOKED that our Pro Rider Caroline Buchanan will be racing this weekend at the Fort William World Cup DH! We know that Caroline will pin it this weekend and do great!

With the great year we've been having, and now one of our bikes/riders racing at the World Cup level, we're pretty much on a high here at the office. Thanks so much for all of the support!

If anyone wants to watch it live and cheer Caroline on, tune in Sunday morning at:

What happened to her in qualifying? Did she crash big time? The men's race was great. Anyone wanting to watch it you can catch it again on Red bull tv.

Caroline ripped a tire open during her qualifying DH run and DNF'd. The course was super rocky and rough as usual and claimed lots of casualties, both mechanical and physical. Luckily it was just a tire and not a crash or catastrophic occurrance.

In the 4X event, Caroline finished second in a close battle and was on the podium. Way to go Caroline!

Mechanicals happen. Georgia Gould had 2 of the worst you will ever see in back to back events last year in the XC. Caroline will get her shot in the downhill soon enough. Look out Rachel Atherton!

This is great for Airborne and the consumers. It's going to give the designers input that they just can't get from any other place and we are going to see even better bikes down the road. I'm looking forward to it.

Thanks for updating us. I'm glad to hear it was just a tire. That gnarl section at the top was chewing up and spitting out tires and rims at will. I will have to pay more attention, didn't even realize she was racing in other events.
