    Ritchey 27.5 tire...

But really, I wish they would make a classic Zmax in a 650/27.5 in a 2.4 or so.
    Tom, you listening?

    But for now...

Hear Hear! That was my favorite tire by far back in the day. Life was good with a sticky new Zmax mounted.
I'd love to see a 650b version too, but with some updates, or a distinct "Severe Conditions" version with a fatass profile, sturdy single ply tubeless ready casing, and a lot more beef on the edge knobs to reduce squirm and knobs tearing off in rocky terrain.
Surely he's working on tires for the magic size

Damn, that Z max shield looks awesome!
Big grippy knobs on the sides, low profile fast rollers in the middle, close spacing for good grip on loose over hard, and under 550g in 27.5, that's almost a perfect tire for me

    Are these tires available?

I also noticed the new 27.5 Z Max shield on Ritchey's website a few weeks ago. Has anybody been able to get these tires? Any ride reports?

The old Z Max in 26" used to be a favorite tire, looking forward to seeing these in 27.6/650b!
