Mojo HD -> 650B - can all frames be converted?

Have an early HD (135mm x 12mm rear) and just tried my 650B wheels with Hans Damph tires. When I dropped all the air pressure from the shock, it just fouls the seat tube. Any thoughts?

As official from Ibis, HD 140s clear 650B, HD 160s need a travel limiter on the shock to prevent the tire striking the seattube.

Hans Damph may not clear the HD stays or just barely. Nobby Nic is supposed to clear sufficiently. I want at least 1/8 inch stay clearance and this clearance would clear the seat tube of any HD140 with stock sized shock, 2.0x7.875.

27.5 wheels do not clear the HD160 seat tube without limiting the shock shaft travel by nearly .25 inch.

Ibis has certified 650b for the Mojo HD140

Mojo HD 650b. The HD140 clears 650bx2.3 with no custom modification, and is sanctioned by Ibis. The HD160 requires custom shock bottom travel limit shims.

Mojo C, SL 650b conversions with required custom shock shim limiting bottom travel clears up to 2.3 tires. (SL-R clears only small volume 650b tires.)

Shock mount offset bushings. Lowers the BB 1/4 inch, and reduces bottom travel tire clearance. There are other options if you search google. These were least expensive and are well made. The HD has 40mm and 22mm wide shock mounts, both with 8mm shock mount bolt holes. It took 3 weeks for the two I bought on eBay to arrive from Poland.
