    Shimano XT Scheibenbremse BL-T785 - BIKE-COMPONENTS.DE
Some Schwalbe tires for friends would offset the shipping.
    About $206 with shipping.

I'm in the same situation. I am using the Shimano XT brakes because I was tired of dealing with the noise from the Avid brakes and their need for regular bleeding of the system. However, since I use SRAM gripshifters, the Shimano levers are too short. I would like to change out the levers on the Shimano brakes to something longer.
    Any suggestions?

I wish I could put the xo levers on the xt that would solve it all

The answer is No. Other option you want to look at are XO trail brakes.

Wiggle and Evans ship free to the US.
Wiggle | Shimano BL-T785 XT Disc Brake Levers With Hose and Oil | Brake Levers
You are buying an extra set of hoses with Shimano oil from both.
Shimano Deore XT T785 Disc Brake Levers With Hose & Oil | Evans Cycles

Here's the lever part number. Shimano tech docs does not list compatability with M785.

    Shimano Europe only for parts.

My opinion is - you'd have to be a sucker to spend your money on them if you've had problems with their other brakes. They look like the same BS but with twice as many pistons that will get sticky and be a pain in the ass. I wouldn't even use them if they were free.
