I would try crank brothers directly. They are still open, and could probably get something out soon.

I have found Crank Brothers to have about the best customer service I have ever dealt with. First class operation.

Hello, I have the same issue with the iodine 3.

I have contact CB and they ask me for pictures of the broken faceplate, but the cracks are small and barely visible in the pictures.

Did you have the same problem? can you post pictures of your broken faceplate?

The customer service is great because most of what they sell is garbage. Their CS gets a lot of work. After a recent Crank Brothers experience I will never spend another dime on their disposable products again.
